Job Description: Supports the business unit owner in the formulation of an initiative by determining problems and identifying business needs to ensure that the business needs are aligned to the business strategic and tactical goals. Job Responsibilities: Identify the risks related to changes in requirements, determine the impact those risks may have on the ability to deliver benefits, and recommends actions to mitigate risks where possible. Maintain a steady backlog of requirements that are ready to go Program Incremental Planning. Support the day-to-day needs of project teams in understanding customer and business requirements Facilitate requirements gathering through interview, requirements workshops, etc. To document and manage changes to requirements throughout the project life cycle by capturing requirement attributes and building a traceability matrix. Job Requirements: Matric or equivalent (essential) 3 - 5 Years business analysis / systems analysis experience including 1 – 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst in an Agile development environment Recognised Business Analysis qualification (FTI, Agile Business Analysis, etc) (essential) 3 Year Degree or equivalent Diploma in Information Technology / Business / Project Management or related field (essential)
