Job Description: Actively driving the use of plant reliability monitoring techniques to ensure proactive maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime Job Responsibilities: Short term planning as well as annual shut planning Leading and managing maintenance teams Safety, health, environmental and quality issues, including incident investigations Legal compliances applicable to maintenance Budgetting management and cost control Root cause failure analysis and close outs Job Requirements: Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) Excellent planning, organising and technical problem-solving skills 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a heavy industry/manufacturing environment BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering Ability to make smart decisions Strong Leadership experience
