Job Description:

Maintaining a strategic view over the programme, by establishing the right governance approach to achieve the desired outcomes of the programme.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of cross-functional and cross-business interdependencies in support of specific programme strategies and objectives, and alignment with business and organisation strategies and objectives
  • Ensuring clear communication and adoption by both the direct project teams, as well as the broader stakeholder groups across the organisation (internal & external)
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, budget and on time.
  • Overall management of project deliverables, ensuring right-sized governance and standards are adhered to.
  • Continuous and proactive management of risks (business, technical & commercial), ensuring mitigation plans are in place and agreed (management reporting and metrics)
  • The identification, planning, direction and coordination of activities to manage and implement a complex a programme of business change. This requires the ability to lead and influence across the broader TFG Group

Job Requirements:

  • Project Management certification
  • 8 to 10 years of IT Infrastructure-related project management experience
  • Relevant tertiary education
  • 5+ years relevant experience managing large, complex projects
  • 5+ years relevant experience in managing complex cross-functional teams often involving external suppliers
