Job Description: The position is aimed at a dynamic, focused individual who can provide an effective and efficient service to clients by receiving, evaluating, and responding to telephonic/electronic escalated enquiries timeously. Support to the Product Managers for all Complementary Products Job Responsibilities: Identifying risks to the company and escalate accordingly. Providing first-time resolution on escalated queries of a complex nature Maintaining a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction Engaging in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and always exceeded. Job Requirements: 2 - 3 years of client service experience Matric A good understanding of the industry would be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to organise data Knowledge of Oracle System is essential.
