Job Description:
To support the business with organisational effectiveness services that attract, develop, retain talent and build critical skills and capabilities for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design / source and run organisational surveys
- Development, implementation and maintenance of the on-boarding/ probation management and orientation process
- Design and delivery of initiatives that amplify the positive and consistent employee experience, engagement and inclusion
- Design, pilot and implement organisation wide client experience & change enablement interventions
- Provide specialist organisational behaviour and change leadership input to prioritised functional area initiatives and enterprise projects
- Develop and facilitate interventions with managers to drive culture and employee experience imperatives
