Job Description: Analyse, design, configure, implement workforce management solution integration for customers. Analyse, design, configure, implement workforce management data driven designs for customers. Job Responsibilities: Understand the WFM blueprint and configure the system and its integration according to the customer’s requirements Create Technical and Functional design documents Define and guide customers on business processes and policies Design new business and system processes Consult with and advise customers on best practice, industry standards and legislation compliance Facilitate the population of the blueprint Job Requirements: Preparing functional and technical solution design documents and “Configuring” and delivering the solution to the customer At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in system integration and networking Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments Experience with requirement gathering solution design and implementation PC application software experience (MS Office Suite)
