Job Description: Collaborate with OpCos to drive and co-create distribution, retailer and channel best practices across formal and informal markets. Job Responsibilities: Align OpCo distribution and sales strategies to group priorities and x-functional collaboration with Brand, COPS, Devices, CVM, Digital and Segment Teams. Co-create overall distribution strategy and road map customized for each of the OpCos. Seek strategic alignment with segment and regional priorities for each of the OpCos, while evaluating the distribution and margin structure comprehensively, Take a coat efficiency, winning in the market and customer experience aligned position to drive the overall strategy and execution of distribution and acquisition plans for OpCos. Plan a retailer engagement and next best offer-based retail-loyalty program across the group footprint. Own the distribution acceleration unit and drive best practice implementation for all OpCos Job Requirements: 4-5 years of retail/channel/distribution management exposure is advantageous. Postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Matric is essential. At least 8-10 year's experience (with a 3yr degree/diploma) of which: 3-year business/sales degree or equivalent qualification.
