Job Description: Conducting market and marketing research to provide detailed insight on the behaviour of specific market segments and aligning it to global best practices. Job Responsibilities: Coordinating on-campus activities for school groups and individual visitors; Event management for small to large scale events from start to finish, both online and on-campus events; Excellent financial and operational recordkeeping; Providing outstanding customer service; Establishing, building, and optimising customer and supplier loyalty; Executing events and interventions aimed at improving the application and enrolment rates of prospective students; Job Requirements: A formal tertiary qualification; Full proficiency in English; Experience in events management and proven ability to organise small/large scale events; At least three years' working experience in a similar environment; Good interpersonal skills; Good organisation and administrative skills; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
