Job Description: To effectively collect outstanding debt and prevent Bad Debt for Vodacom Government, Corporate, Business, Merchant and Consumer collection portfolio and ensure that the accounts are paid when due. Job Responsibilities: To liaise with 3rd parties to resolve account disputes involves meetings and negotiation with CEO’s, FM’s IT Managers Make split-second decisions on locking and unlocking’s To follow up on non-payments To minimise bad debt To negotiate payments on accounts To collect 100% of targets Job Requirements: Experience in dealing with 3rd Parties to resolve account disputes 2-5 years of Credit control experience 1 Year Financial reconciliation experience Matric - essential Diploma in Credit Management would be an advantage Experience in dealing with EHODS, Exec Heads & other key stakeholders
