Job Description: Manage and drive the identification and development of new market opportunities and support the process of facilitating access and engagement for sales and distribution in order to achieve business objectives. Job Responsibilities: Implement and operationalise tactical plans in collaboration with executive management and other relevant business stakeholders enable service delivery and achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business partners, stakeholders and business areas in order to understand business priorities and requirements. Gather competitive intelligence and new product ideas from the business environment and share market insights with management team. Partner with business areas to share knowledge, insights and address any gaps or challenges. Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the financial services industry to optimise and align service offering. Job Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in sales, business development or relationship management within a financial services environment Relevant knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry Relationship building and networking Influencing and persuasion skills Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant degree
