Job Description: This role provides immediate response to complex administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Job Responsibilities: Responds to immediate requirements within procedure. Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards. May act as mentor / resource to less experienced Administrators. Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same. Uses standard administrative techniques to co ordinate own work. Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediates. Job Requirements: Must have excellent communication & administrative skills. Must have intermediate experience on Excel 5 year experience working in the financial services industry. 3 - 5 years loan account product knowledge. 5 year experience working on Summit. Have experience managing mailboxes.
