Job Description: This is a specialist role, responsible for delivery of training (presenting sales, legal technical, skills and product related programmes and short courses) to Sanlam intermediaries (Brokers and Advisers) and sales and support staff of Sanlam Connect. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the Certificate in Wealth Management NQF 5. Facilitate training in the on-line practice management and client financial needs analysis tool Support training assistants to deliver on training, scheduling, materials, logistical arrangements etc. Facilitate various in-house training workshops including selling skills in a professional and effective manner Ensure that pre-course on-line assessments are undertaken and passed by all delegates prior to attending the course Undertake ad-hoc presentations at conferences and seminars as requested by management and clients Job Requirements: Ability to managing stakeholder relationships Knowledge and experience in the laws governing the Life Assurance industry Cultivates Innovation Previous experience in providing financial advice to clients or in managing Financial Advisors Collaborates Interest and exposure to developing training solutions Experience in practice management and client financial needs analysis tools Customer Focus
