Job Description: To ensure effective management and delivery of all business process improvement/re-engineering projects within Distribution. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for implementation of the business processes are clearly defined and documented. Ensure that AS-IS business processes are clearly defined and documented. Ensure that Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions are conducted with internal and external stakeholders to determine business and process requirements. Ensure that TO-BE business processes are clearly defined and documented. Ensure that all initiatives relating to the business process improvement support the strategy and business objectives of the Distribution division, and the business. Job Requirements: Client engagement skills (High) Experience in the Insurance industry an advantage. Proficiency in Process Modeling Tools Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is essential. Advanced Report writing Intermediate understanding and application of Digital platforms Minimum 3 years’ experience
