Job Description: Performs secretarial and general office duties (telephone calls, filing of confidential correspondence, typing et cetera) for divisional General Manager's. Manages calendar and independently schedules appointments. Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Job Responsibilities: Travel arrangements (domestic and international) Multi Manager Finance, Data and RIC ops team calendar management Ensure no double bookings for day or week ahead Arrange meetings, video and telephone conferences Arranging and coordinating meetings Arrange and prepare for selected monthly or quarterly meetings, complete minutes and distribute. Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat Matric and an accredited secretarial qualification is essential Robust work tenure: 5 to 8 years of experience Bachelor’s degree is advantageous, but not essential
