Job Description: The Support Lead will be responsible for Production Support, Stability, Observability, Security, Audit, BCM, Housekeeping/Maintenance, Automation, Real Time Reporting and continuous improvement of processes on a combination of Inhouse and Vendor Applications in order to meet the high availability that the business areas expect. Job Responsibilities: Contribute and lead to build a culture of collaboration between Change teams, Architects, Development teams, Testing teams, Project teams and Infrastructure ensuring optimal delivery Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and team development Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships with Tech & Business partners Customer Centricity should be a core focus point Job Requirements: Minimum 8+ years’ Technology experience 2+ years experience in a DevOps role (Desirable) 2+ years of Programming experience Degree in Computer Science/IT/related field, or equivalent working experience Proven track record of leading a team 2+ years in a Production Application Support Environment Effective stakeholder management and engagement
