Job Description: To develop tactical strategy and delivery plans, integrate practice formulation and to ensure operational implementation and adaption across multiple practices i.t.o. sales and distribution methodology, governance and delivery objectives. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a core portfolio of existing AVMS Fleet clients as well as identifying and pursuing acquisition opportunities for the bank within the fleet industry in the South African. Required to work closely with existing as well as prospect clients to understand their needs, provide consultative support, and develop strategies to increase revenue and build long-term relationships. Responsible for driving revenue growth and providing consultative support to your existing as well as prospect clients within the fleet industry. Required to work closely with other members of the team to develop and execute client portfolio management as well as acquisition strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives. Responsible for conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful completion of existing client requirements as well as for acquisitions. Job Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development or account management in the fleet industry 5 – 8 years in the fleet environment. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field or a NQF Level 6 Equivalent Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of fleet management practices, financial products and services, and the competitive landscape in the market
