Job Description: The Discovery People Technology team is accountable for all product deliverables in the HR technology products and to provide input to the overall HR roadmap. Job Responsibilities: Business Case: provide input to functional owners on business cases specifically on the product deliverables. Discovery and ideation: scan the latest technology trends in the respective product area and share these with the functional owners. Solution Design: translate functional and business requirements into a technology ideally leveraging the out of the box processes and functionalities of our preferred technology vendors (buy, configure, built). Basic principles: standardisation and simplicity putting the user at the centre of the process and technology design. Solution Configure: provide the IT Services configuration teams with input on configuration and support with relevant testing activities. Priority setting: understand sub-functional strategy, processes and ways of working and align with functional owners on priorities and plans. Job Requirements: SQL Understanding of HR principles and concepts 2 years HRIS support BCom Informatics or related degree Project Management experience 2 years experience with SuccessFactors Matric
