Job Description: The successful candidate will be required to perform but not limited to the following key outputs in respect of the Care and Claims portfolio: Job Responsibilities: Construct complex process, data, and UML models Present to senior stakeholders Accurately document functional requirements specifications clearly defining project objectives Direct a process improvement program Produce an accurate Customer Requirements document with approval from all stakeholders Job Requirements: UML modelling Requirement’s analysis Process mapping UML course BSc Computer Science or equivalent 3-year IT qualification At least 2 years’ experience as a senior business analyst or 6 years’ as an intermediate business analyst
