Job Description: To oversee the engineering maintenance processes within the appointed area of responsibility to enable various mining teams to reach production targets within the principles of QCDSM Job Responsibilities: Ensure availability of equipment by effectively managing downtime / shift / MTTF / MTTR (infrastructure and inspection equipment) Ensure adherence to maintenance programme Manage and carry out engineering and maintenance strategies and overhaul plans on a day to day basis that ensure that departments KPI's are met deliver maintenance, if and when to replace / repair equipment Maintenance budget Manage maintenance cost vs R/t in appointed area Job Requirements: Experience: 8+ relevant years Ability to work under pressure. High School / School Diploma or similar Good interpersonal and teamwork skills High self-motivation
