Job Description: The Senior Engineer Reliability provides technical leadership and inputs for, as well as coordinates all systematic and ad hoc planning/modelling, analysis and reporting activities aimed at improving the reliability of equipment on the operations. Job Responsibilities: Represent the Project in all stakeholder forums on site Support to roll out and implementation of asset practices which reduce exposure to process safety risk Ensuring a single standard of design, kit, roll out and implementation for sites they are responsible for Facilitate the development asset management practices for process safety critical equipment Execution and integration of all project’s activities on site Coordinate safe plant access, risk assessments and permits with Production and Maintenance Facilitate team site establishment and on-boarding – full compliance to standards and regulations Job Requirements: Additional qualifications in Asset and Project Management, preferably PMP (Advantageous) Strong ERP Competencies in the Engineering, Costing, Material Management, Data Warehousing and Projects Modules 8 years’ experience in the maintenance of fixed plant equipment (Smelting and/or refinery advantageous) Advanced level computer literacy: MS Office Excel / Word / PowerPoint) / Visio / MS Projects GCC or MSc Degree (Engineering) advantageous Demonstrated Business Acumen and management experience SAP NQF level 8 qualification – BSc or BEng Engineering Degree (Mech, Elec, Industrial, Process, Chemical)
