Job Description: To ensure there is implementation of the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with business ensure conformance and adherence with regulations and delivers through a team of Compliance resources/specialists. Ensure adherence of organisation policies and procedures, especially regulatory and ethical standards. Perform regular audits, design control systems and help to design and implement company policies Job Responsibilities: Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Ensure execution of compliance management strategies, plans and programmes Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives Provision of Compliance Management Subject Matter Expertise Job Requirements: Banking and PAYMENTS environment experience essential Very strong in all legislation 5 years' Experience in Regulatory Risk Management In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check. Minimum Qualification - 3 year Bachelors Legal or Commercial Degree or a Compliance Higher Diploma qualification, PG Diploma in Compliance Management would be advantageous
