Job Description: To proactively grow the balance sheet of a allocated customer, deliver exceptional experience and education to portfolio of clients on wealth creation, accumulation and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles Job Responsibilities: Liaise with SMEs on complex products to provide appropriate product advise Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients Conduct digital client reviews within the context of client engagements Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Execute on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers Job Requirements: Minimum Qualification - Relevant Qualification on accredited NQFL 6/7 FSCA List, RE5 Full understanding of money management principles Sound working knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Regulatory requirements Sound working knowledge of required business-related systems Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level Preferred Qualification - Relevant FAIS accredited degree, CFP, Fit and proper, experience in FAIS-relevant Money Manager Subcategories
