Job Description: Making ownership for and providing specialist expertise during analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the book segmentation, tactical strategies, campaigns (calls/digital) and solutions for pre-delinquent, collections and recoveries. Job Responsibilities: Identifying, quantifying, analysing and reporting on book trends and reasons/triggers for arrears, excess, risk grade changes, downgrades, write-offs and provisions. onitoring and enabling appropriate arrears treatments and actions. Providing specialist expertise towards the designing, implementing and monitoring optimal risk management solutions, policies and procedures. Identifying and quantifying high risk portfolios, clients and industries in distress. Identifying trends and root causes of arrears and/or downgrade reasons and triggers and client credit portfolios. Job Requirements: Case study and root cause analysis. Credit and business analysis experience and influencing processes, policies and procedures. Consumer and complaint resolutions. Drafting business processes, policies and procedures. Applying data for reporting and monitoring purposes. Credit book monitoring and reporting. 5+ years of experience in an ongoing risk management role, in a credit environment. Process efficiencies: Draft of idea documents and business specifications. Experience in granting, collections and/or recoveries and/or intuitive / judgemental credit environment within the financial services sector. 3 - 5 years within an ongoing-risk or credit management or finance / credit operational environment.
