No challenge is too daunting, solutioning excites you Job Requirements: Knowledge of relevant legislation, i.e., LRA, Employment Equity Act Proven experience managing the holistic talent acquisition candidate life cycle (full end to end recruitment process) Knowledge of best practice HR processes and procedures Proven experience in putting together a delivery action plan for your client area Proven experience in managing a talent acquisition client portfolio. 3- 5 + years’ experience in a talent acquisition client facing role, interacting with various stakeholders in a fast paced, growing organisation Proven experience in delivering to measurable goals in a competitive environment
