Job Responsibilities: Ensure and monitor business growth and Brand development Ensure targets of both Client and Installation Revenue are met Managing the daily sales activity Lead, motivate and provide direction to the Direct Team Leaders /members in terms of Marketing & Sales strategies. Ensure effective financial budgeting and planning for the development of the sellers Effective and efficient resource deployment in specific geographical areas to maximise direct growth strategies. Job Requirements: Security industry experience Sales, Marketing or Management degree / diploma SMDP Course Management experience Must be PSIRA registered
