Job Description: The AFS Connect Administrator will be responsible to monitor, report & resolve any possible issues on the internal system (AFS Connect) to ensure that farmers & clients get the best service. Job Responsibilities: Pro-actively order parts for breakdowns on customer implements, limiting down-time and possible financial losses. Together with the product specialist, manage stock of the VKB Group’s precision farming divisions (orders, quotes on hardware and software products). Record and resolve problems within agreed timelines (Customer Service) Annual activation and update of all users on the AFS System, ensuring that all the users accounts and signals are up to date. Daily monitoring and escalating of AFS Connect Signals and issues that may occur to ensure preventative action for customers and farmers. Be the AFS System champion, ensuring the system runs effectively. Job Requirements: Knowledge of AFS Connect (or similar systems – monitoring signal & issues) will serve as recommendation. Previous experience in a similar role will serve as recommendation. Proficient in MS Office. Grade 12/ NQF4
