Job Description: The purpose of this position is to continuously monitor production output and optimise process efficiency in line with plant capacity and sound processing principles Job Responsibilities: Effective trouble shooting in case of deviations Identify, diagnose and analyse deviations and consult with Shift Supervisor/ Senior Metallurgical Team prior to implementing changes Comply with provided systems, practices, methods, standards and procedures of the work Ensure compliance with WCPO’s Health, Safety & Environmental requirements Ensure that Process activities are communicated and implemented. Ensure adherence to the specified process parameters within the respective sections Job Requirements: Presentation skills A National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering Time management skills English language proficiency 1 – 2 years’ experience in a processing environment Phosphate processing experience will be an advantage
