Job Description: Ensuring that quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to by the suppliers and supply certificates of conformance where required Job Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling shipments and deliveries and monitor deliveries against order/plan Raising deviations/claims against vendors for poor performance and drive non-conformance to an acceptable conclusion Negotiating preferential payment terms and Incoterms Implementing and/or follow effective expediting procedures and monitor vendor performance Undertaking vendor assessments and maintain vendor master data Updating and monitoring purchase order lifting plan Job Requirements: Experience in the technical and/or manufacturing environment would be an added advantage 3-5 years procurement or materials management experience Relevant Diploma NQF Level 5-6 in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement or relevant field SAP MM experience
