Job Description: The Specialist Continuous Improvement will report into the Principal Specialist Continuous Improvement and will be responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvement workshops to ensure that effective CI frameworks and tools are applied to achieve the required benefits. Job Responsibilities: Analyse operational performance data and identify problems in early stages Detail data analysis to determine root cause of business problem Document findings and recommendations Develop problem charter for CI Initiatives End-to-end business process design Job Requirements: Matric is essential Certificate in Project Management (Desirable) Process Mapping Tools Stakeholder management Change management B degree – (preferred) or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years experience with a 3yr Degree/Diploma or 5 years experience with Matric This role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple disciplines relevant to the business
