Job Description: Maintaining a strategic view over the programme, by establishing the right governance approach to achieve the desired outcomes of the programme. Job Responsibilities: Management of cross-functional and cross-business interdependencies in support of specific programme strategies and objectives, and alignment with business and organisation strategies and objectives Ensuring clear communication and adoption by both the direct project teams, as well as the broader stakeholder groups across the organisation (internal & external) Responsible for monitoring and reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, budget and on time. Overall management of project deliverables, ensuring right-sized governance and standards are adhered to. Continuous and proactive management of risks (business, technical & commercial), ensuring mitigation plans are in place and agreed (management reporting and metrics) The identification, planning, direction and coordination of activities to manage and implement a complex a programme of business change. This requires the ability to lead and influence across the broader TFG Group Job Requirements: Project Management certification 8 to 10 years of IT Infrastructure-related project management experience Relevant tertiary education 5+ years relevant experience managing large, complex projects 5+ years relevant experience in managing complex cross-functional teams often involving external suppliers
